Absorbent Mat Pad - 100 Pads

The New Pig extra-duty absorbent mat pad comes in a dispenser box. Its special spun bond outer layers resist ripping and fraying, making it suitable for wiping rough surfaces or parts that would shred conventional mats. The mat's construction is based on the proven eight-layer, 100 percent polypropylene design of PIG Mat, the strongest mat on the market.

The exclusive dimple pattern on the mat speeds up the wicking of liquid throughout, enabling faster and easier cleanup. Its highly absorbent, fine-fiber construction ensures that no liquids or fiber residue are left behind. The mat can absorb and retain oils, coolants, solvents, and water.

The low-lint feature makes it ideal for wiping rough parts or equipment, as well as for cleaning in paint booth applications. It is also great for lining benches where rough or sharp parts are present. The flame-resistant material of the mat won't burn immediately like cellulose mats; instead, it melts when exposed to high heat while on the job.

The dispenser box makes it easy to take, carry, and store the mat while protecting it from dirt and moisture. The perforated pads are convenient for wiping or tearing to the desired size for cleanups. The heavy-weight construction of the mat provides greater durability and absorbency, making it suitable for demanding tasks and large-volume cleanups.

The mat is dark gray in color and measures 20 inches in length by 16 inches in width. It is classified as a heavy-weight mat and can absorb up to 18.1 gallons of fluids, including oils, coolants, solvents, and water. The mat is composed of 40 percent recycled content and has an absorbency of up to 23.16 ounces per pad.

The mat is perforated centered widthwise, and there are 30 pads per pallet. The mat is made entirely of 100 percent polypropylene.
